WOOTIS recognizes the importance of preventing violence and harassment at work and is committed to:

It does not tolerate any form of discrimination against our employees based on race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other beliefs, caste, national or social origin, property, birth, trade union membership, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other distinctive features.

• It bases any employment-related decisions, from recruitment to termination and retirement, solely on legal and non-discriminatory criteria.

• does not tolerate any form of forced labor, including forced labor, wage labor and forced labor or trafficking in human beings. Employees are allowed to move freely and leave their place of work at the end of their working hours.

• does not tolerate in any way the hiring of child labor. The minimum age for full-time employment must be 18

• respects the rights of employees to form, join or not participate in a trade union or other organization of their choice and to bargain collectively in support of their mutual interests without fear of punitive actions such as intimidation, harassment or termination of employment.

• protects employees from physical, verbal, sexual or psychological harassment, intimidation, abuse, or threats in the workplace either by colleagues or managers.

• Complies with and is up-to-date with the strictest applicable laws or industry standards regarding minimum wages, hours worked, overtime and benefits.

• does not apply wage deductions as a disciplinary measure.

• ensures that employees work 5 days a week with standard breaks during work and adequate rest periods between shifts.

• Applies all applicable laws and industry standards.

• ensures that all employees have the right to sick leave and annual leave, as well as parental leave for employees who need to care for a newborn or newly adopted child, as provided for by national law. Therefore, employees taking such leave should not face dismissal or the threat of dismissal.

• It does not tolerate the violation of the dignity of the person and the creation of an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive work environment.
